How to Use CBD soft gels:
Take one soft gel capsule by mouth up to four times per day or as directed by a medical professional. We recommend uptitrating to find the right dose for you.  Begin with 1 capsule per day.  Increase to 2, 3 or 4 capsules a day until you reach the results you are looking for.  Note that capsules can be taken all at once or spread out throughout the day.  Large amounts of cbd taken all at once can make some people sleepy.
